Pulaski Fest 2008 has been scheduled for Saturday, October 4, 2008 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine! Thanks to all the vendors, visitors, organizers and volunteers that helped make Pulaski Fest 2007 such a big success. The turnout was great and the response has been very positive! The Town of Pulaski, Virginia hosted "Pulaski Fest" on Saturday, September 8, 2007. What exactly is Pulaski Fest? Well, if you are familiar with Southwest Virginia, then you probably have heard of Floyd Fest ... well, we like to think of Pulaski Fest as the "Floyd Fest of Pulaski."

Pulaski Fest is a family friendly, fun-filled day featuring live music, local vendors, local authors, a Farmers Market, flea market, a historic walking tour, free health clinic, a motorcycle charity show and ride, and much more. Pulaski Fest 2008 will be held on October 4 and will begin at 9 a.m.

The Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show was a featured event at Pulaski Fest 2007. This action-packed Lumberjack Show featured log rolling, log rolling dogs, chopping, sawing, axe throwing, dragster chainsaw and tree climbing. All with World Champion Lumberjacks. The Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show is a historical, educational and humorous show filled with audience participation.
